The idea was to make this 3000sft bar look earthy and as sustainable as possible. We used materials like lime plaster, cane, jute, reclaimed tiles and then dropped a 12ft tall stainless steel elephant in the centre of the enlarged bar, so nobody misses to address the elephant in the room.
