BAI MU DAN
A tea studio and a cafe, bai mu dan’s inspiration came from Japanese minimalism and wabi-sabi design. The idea was for guests to experience speciality tea like never before. Colours were pared back, finishes were kept earthy, and textures were left raw. The materials were all locally sourced, including Mangalore tiles for the walls, Dholpur pink stone for the counters, and black-stained pine wood for the furniture.
